    Can't log in to the app. Nothing but errors since I signed up for the service. Can't add my card details. Been trying to log in for five days now with no success. Terrible experience for customers. Contacted support but received no response, and the app is up to date. Can't even reset my password. The worst part is that nobody solves the issue, you feel helpless. Awful. UPDATE: Updated on 08/10/2021, but still facing the same problems.

    The app is not working properly and there is no one to help. I have been trying to get support for weeks. I have reinstalled the app and contacted customer service many times without success. The store seller advised me not to choose flex, but control instead, because there would be no support.

    The beginning was good, but it didn't even last 3 months. For the past 2 weeks, I've been experiencing total slowness when using the 4G network. Several tickets have been opened and closed without a proper response. In the last one, the representative promised to call back after I did a new test, but to my surprise, there was no follow-up. When I contacted them again through WhatsApp, I was informed that the ticket had been closed. My advice is to avoid changing plans, don't do like me who didn't pay attention to the other reviews on the Play Store.

    The plans seem good but the app is still weak. It's impossible to track mobile data usage because sometimes the app goes days without recording any usage, and then suddenly shows the total at a later time. It's hard to have an accurate daily overview!
