General Guide for Ticket Purchasing

1. Select the Cinema location, date and movie session

2. Choose your seats on the Cinema map and click 'Proceed'

3. At the ticket selection stage, select the amount of tickets required and click 'Proceed'. 

4. Enter your email address and agree to the Terms & Conditions

5. Select the preferred payment method and enter the required fields, then click Pay

You will receive your booking confirmation number on screen and a copy will also be emailed to you.

We recommend you note your booking reference before closing the browser.

Additional surcharges may apply depending on the movie and/or session type attended (e.g. 3D, Onyx, D-BOX & Xtremescreen sessions). 

HOYTS never captures your credit card. When you enter your details they are tokenised and held by our banking partner, in a secure environment that complies with the relevant financial regulations (PCI compliance).

FAQ

What age is a child?

A child ticket is available to anyone aged between 3 and 15 years of age. 

Kids under 3 years are free, as long as they are sitting on their carer's lap and not occupying a seat.

All guests occupying their own seat, including those aged 3 years and under, will need to purchase a ticket.

What is a family ticket?

Family tickets are available for sessions that are rated G and PG only.

A family of three is one adult + two children OR two adults + a child.

A family of four is one adult + three children OR two adults + two children.

Family tickets are unavailable via the HOYTS app. 

What movies will the child ticket be available for?

All movies classified as MA15+ or under are eligible for child ticket prices. For movie’s classified MA15+, children must have an adult present.
