1. How can I view the list of devices registered for the Mobile Confirmation service?

Log in

Go to the menu at the bottom of the screen

Select My Profile

Now select Security Options

Then select Mobile Confirmation

In "Registered Devices", you will have access to the list of devices registered with Mobile Confirmation.

2. How do I retrieve or change my personal code for Mobile Confirmation?

Log in

Go to Menu at the bottom of your screen

Select My Profile

Now select Security

Then select Mobile Confirmation

You can now choose between Change security code or Forgotten security code, then follow the steps suggested to you.

3. You have not received a notification on your phone?

Remember to check your Internet connection. Also check in the "Notifications" settings of your smartphone to see if those for the application are authorized.

The notification may take time to appear and remains completely optional. If it doesn't appear spontaneously, simply launch your application to validate your authentication.
