1. Reserve your table at popular restaurants to save time

With over 200 restaurants across Changi Airport and Jewel, you would be spoilt for choice when deciding where to eat. To save time and possibly disappointment if the restaurant is too busy or crowded, you can reserve a table at your restaurant of choice on the Changi App.

Simply view the full list of restaurants on the Changi App, select a restaurant that appeals to you and reserve!

Psst – did you know that you can also collect Changi Rewards when you shop or dine at the airport terminals and Jewel? Collect enough Changi Rewards Points and redeem them later!

Pro tip: To enjoy greater savings, browse for dining promos on the “Dine” page of the Changi App! Whether you’re looking for a teatime spot to sip on a cup of tea while soaking in the view of the HSBC Rain Vortex in Jewel, or a place to grab something to eat before your flight, simply scroll through the wide variety of restaurants, cafes and quick bites on the “Dine” page within the app. With limited time to spare at the airport, make every meal like your last and find the best place to dine! 

2. Skip the queues and pre-book useful airport facilities and tours and explore Jewel’s popular attractions

Transiting through Changi Airport with time to spare? Or simply spending a day out at Changi Precinct with your family and friends? Did you know that you can pre-book activities and attractions tickets on the Changi App to explore cool and new areas that you normally wouldn’t visit?

On the top of our list of recommendations is the East Coast Guided Bike Tour, which takes you across the Changi Precinct, where you will be able to discover the lesser-known charms of the eastern part of Singapore.

After which, book a shower pass at Hub & Spoke, where you can take a refreshing shower to freshen up before your flight! 

Apart from Changi attractions, don’t miss the best views in Jewel! You can catch one of these - the spectacular HSBC Rain Vortex – on the Canopy Bridge, one of the highest vantage points in Jewel. Plus, check out the Canopy Park, where you can immerse yourself in the lush garden filled with greenery and thrilling activities to try out. A key attraction here is the Bouncing Nets, which allows you to bounce high above the ground while offering a unique view that extends all the way from the highest level of Jewel to its basement. Under “Airport” > “Parking info” on the “Fly” Tab of Changi App, you will be able to find three useful features. First, you can get real-time updates on parking lot availability in the various car parks across Changi’s four terminals and Changi, enabling you to choose the most ideal parking location. Second, you can calculate parking rates easily based on the amount of time you would be spending at the airport.

Third, for those of you who find yourself taking a picture of the car park spot where you parked, for fear of not being able to find your car later on, the “Find my car” feature will help you to locate your car easily! With this, you don’t have to worry about forgetting where you’ve parked!

You can also redeem parking promos and purchase long-term parking eCoupons on the Changi App effortlessly! Simply tap on “Enjoy Parking Promos” on the app, and you will be able to check out ongoing free parking promos happening at Changi Airport and Jewel. You can input your IU information, redeem your complimentary parking directly on the app, and exit the car park with parking promos applied to your parking fees. If you plan to park your vehicle in the airport while you fly off to your destination, you can also purchase ‘Park & Fly’ parking eCoupons on the Changi App and save up to 70%. Simply redeem the eCoupon on the app before you exit the car park to activate it. Perfect for frequent travellers!

4. Track your baggage before you arrive so you can shop duty-free with ease

5. Purchase travel essentials like currency exchange and eSIM in advance, so you can explore the airport before your flight

The Changi App is your one-stop shop. From exchanging foreign currency to purchasing SIM cards or eSIM, and travel insurance, we’ve got it covered. With all your travel essentials settled way in advance, now you have more time to enjoy what Changi Airport has to offer. Plus, if you’re intending to rent a Wi-Fi router from Changi Recommends, you can search for a counter nearest to you before you place your booking.

For Singaporeans travelling to China, you’re in luck because you can now use Changi Pay in China! Changi Pay users can simply scan Alipay+ QR codes to pay in China with no transaction fees and charges, all done within the Changi App.

5 things you should know about the refreshed Changi App

1. Search and save flights easily for real-time updates

Travel with ease with your flight and travel information at your fingertips – all available on the Changi App.

Want to get real-time updates for your own flight or that of your loved ones? Simply search for the flight by either scanning the boarding pass, or through the search function via Fly>Search Flight number, airline, city. Click on the ‘plus’ button to save your flight, and you’re good to go!

Pro tip: You can even save your upcoming flights that you have booked, so that you don’t miss any updates. Simply click on the ‘Fly’ tab, select between ‘Departure’ or ‘Arrival’ and click on the calendar icon to select your departure/arrival date. Try it here! 

The saved flight will now appear on the ‘Fly’ tab, just be sure to enable notifications in your device settings to receive the latest flight notifications and alerts from us! You will be informed of the opening and closing of your boarding gate via push notifications, making sure that you will never miss important flight updates again with this feature. 

That’s not all! If you’re worried about your baggage, fret not! There’s a handy baggage tracker function located in the top navigation bar of Explore>Track Baggage. Scan or key in your Bag Tag Number to view its status throughout the trip! For departing flights from Changi Airport, you will be able to track your bags from check-in up till the point your bags are loaded into the aircraft. For arriving flights at Changi Airport, the tracking starts the time you check-in for your flight at the departing airport up till the point when the baggage is being delivered on the baggage claim belt at Changi Airport. 

The ‘Fly’ tab also includes quick links to useful and convenient services like Currency Exchange, Travel Insurance, booking a WiFi Router, purchasing e-sims and Airline Info to help you prepare for your trip!

2. Pre-book amenities, attractions, and events

Explore a wide range of activities and book passes at Changi Experience Studio and more in advance on the Changi App.

Book a digital adventure for your family at Changi Experience Studio, reserve bicycle lockers at the Changi Airport Connector, and sign up for a relaxation and wellness workshop at Changi Airport – you could do all of these on the Changi App. 

Skip the queue and book your favourite activities instantly by tapping on the ‘Book, Redeem & Play’ button at the top of the ‘Explore’ page for quick access and available time slots!

3. Scan and earn Changi Rewards points to redeem attractive rewards

Scan your Changi Rewards eCard to earn points and redeem perks on the go with the Changi App.

Unlock exclusive membership privileges and earn Changi Rewards points when you spend at Changi Airport or Jewel Changi Airport! 

Enjoy a rewarding shopping and dining experience with us by scanning your Changi Rewards e-Card at the point of purchase to earn more Changi Rewards points, which can be eventually converted into perks that you can enjoy. Some of these perks include Changi Rewards e-Vouchers and complimentary parking at Changi Airport. Keep track of your earned points and perks at Explore>Rewards Card>Rewards Catalogue, or the ‘Account’ tab!
