Can I sign up for membership if I am under 14 years old?

For minors under 14 years old, membership is not possible due to usage policy even with parental consent.

What should I do if my phone number or device changes?

If the mobile phone is not in your name, will it not be authenticated? 

‘Claim’s God’ can only be used by verifying the mobile phone in your name.

How do I report an error/inquiry?

How can I print my certificate?

Search for "Claim of Faith" in the App Store/Google Play and download it! After signing up as a member, you can print it on your PC when you issue your certificate within the app.

Can I get a family member's certificate issued on my behalf?

 Since access is only possible through self-authentication, issuing family members is currently not supported.
