How to use your card in your daily life?

You can use your Zaffari Card or Bourbon Card at all Zaffari, Bourbon, and Cestto Atacadista stores. With it, you can make purchases in cash or installments, access exclusive offers, and enjoy discounts and freebies at Clube Premier Bourbon partners.

What's the best day to buy?

Check the best day to buy, starting from your card statement due date, on our website (www.zaffaricard.com.br), the Card App (iOS and Android), at the Credit Department or Central Cashier in stores, or call 4004-1224.

How to track and redeem your Premium Loyalty Program points?

Redemption is made in person by the cardholder, with photo identification, at the Credit Department or Central Cashier in stores.

How are points accumulated?

With each purchase, 1% of the amount is converted into points in your Premium Loyalty Program. Learn more here.

How do I change the expiration date?

Visit www.zaffaricard.com.br, go to Preferred Customer > My Card > Billing Options.

You can also request a change through Customer Service or directly in stores, through Credit or Central Cashier.

How do I change my card password?

Go to a Zaffari, Bourbon, or Cestto store and request cancellation of the current password through Credit or Central Cashier to create a new one.

How can I set up direct debit? To make paying your bill easier and add more convenience to your daily life, you can register for automatic debit directly in the Credit or Cashier section of Zaffari, Bourbon, or Cestto Atacadista stores.

Authorization is done instantly and validated by entering your password.

The cardholder must present an original form of identification. If possible, also bring your account card or a bank statement, as these documents expedite the registration process.

After registering, you must authorize the debit with your bank, using Internet Banking, an app, or an ATM.

Affiliated banks: Banco do Brasil, Banrisul, Bradesco, Itaú, and Santander.

How to cancel your card if it's lost or stolen?

You can cancel your card quickly and securely through the website, in the Preferred Customer > My Account > Lost Card area. Cancellations can also be reported through Customer Service or the Credit or Cashier section of the stores.
