1. I need help to complete my online procedures. What does the Caf offer?
The Caf offers different solutions to support you:
- videosto guide you through each step of your procedures,
- practical factsheets also to guide you on the caf.fr website or on the mobile app,
- a mobile applicationto easily complete your main procedures,
- a virtual advisorto ask your questions live when you are connected to your Caf account,
- local support. In addition to their services, the Cafs have developed a network of "Caf Digital Points" and "Caf Relay Points" to support you in your Caf online procedures as close as possible to your home. The Cafs are also partners with the France Services structureswhich offer access to IT equipment and help to complete your administrative procedures online.
2. What income do I have to declare every 3 months if I am self-employed?
You must declare your gross and net turnover after tax deductions month by month.
If you have several types of turnover in your business, you must specify the total amount of your turnover after tax deductions. These deductions are as follows:
For BIC sales: 71%
For BIC Services: 50%
For BNC: 34%
For solidarity contributors: 87%.

Receiving benefits from Caf
The Caf - My Account app is free and allows you to access information about your benefits in a simple, convenient, and secure way.
The app requires access to your photos/media/files to attach supporting documents when necessary and to your Wi-Fi state to check your connection in case of app errors. Caf takes great care in ensuring the security and protection of your personal data. To log in, you need to use your social security number and alphanumeric password. After your initial login, you can also use biometrics (fingerprint and/or face recognition) or the FranceConnect system.
