Brilliant Connect - Instant connection & communication

I tried many times, but the apps wouldn't open. I need help to fix this problem. I really like this app because it allows me to talk clearly and smoothly at a very cheap rate.

I made some calls and reached out to a Facebook group to try to get help with my email service. Sadly, even after many attempts, I still haven't been able to figure out which email I used to set up my account. The support team has been really unhelpful and their responses have been boring and unprofessional. 😞

I rated it 5 stars because of the calling feature. However, there are some issues that need to be fixed by the developers. I encountered a problem where I couldn't receive calls. I hope this issue will be resolved soon. I believe developers are working hard to fix it quickly. Despite that, I'm satisfied with it overall.

The team that usually does great work is currently struggling. For the past month, this app has been causing a lot of issues, and there hasn't been any updates to fix them. It's really disappointing. Calls keep dropping repeatedly before even connecting. And it's been a whole month without a solution. If they can't fix it, they should just remove the app instead of causing inconvenience to people.

Oh, using the app is such a great experience! Talking brilliantly with others feels so different. However, there's one downside I noticed - sometimes it displays numbers. When calling from one brilliant user to another, it reveals the number below. If they could update it and hide the number, it would be even better.
