How do I register my gift card?

To use the gift card, it must first be registered on your account.

With a registered gift card, you can:

- View an updated list of all available partners.

- Check the validity of your gift card.

- Exchange your gift card.

- Book your stay online.

- Benefit from our loss and theft guarantee.

How do I book a stay?

Answer

Before you can begin the booking process, you must first create an account or log in to your account and register your Bongo. Click here to start the registration process.

1. Once logged in, click on "My Gift Cards."

2. Click on the "Book an Experience Now" button next to your registered gift card.

3. Start your search by selecting your desired arrival and departure dates, including additional nights if you want to extend your stay. You can also enter your desired location or search all locations. Once you've made your selection, click "Search." You'll see a list of available partners that match your search.

4. On the search results page, you can adjust the dates and locations if necessary, and view the map to see which experiences are available in a specific region. The list of experiences will be updated based on your selection.

5. In the "My Gift" section, you'll see the locations included in your gift card (green) and those included in other cards (yellow) that offer similar experiences on the map and in the list of partners.

If you'd like to explore a different type of experience, you can click on "Accommodation," "Gastronomy," "Wellness," and "Adventure." You can only view one category at a time.

6. Using the "Filters" button, you can apply additional filters and view the options available in your gift card and other cards.

7. You can view the details of your gift card and the offer by clicking the "i" icon next to the card's name.

8. Click on an experience to see a detailed description of what's included. Also be sure to check the practical information, such as the cancellation policy and check-in and check-out times.

If the partner offers upgraded experiences at the same location (for an additional fee), you can view these.
