How can you use it?

Our application, “Birthdays & Other Events,” is designed to keep you informed about birthdays, anniversaries, and other significant occasions. Upon starting the app, it will synchronize entirely with all events associated with your contacts stored on your smartphone or tablet, allowing you to manage all vital dates in a single location. You have the capability to add, modify, or remove any event as needed. In the settings, you can specify when and how far in advance you wish to receive notifications for different events such as birthdays and anniversaries. Additionally, a screen widget can be installed for quick access to upcoming events, ensuring you never miss an opportunity to celebrate with friends and family.

Functions:

--Within the Celebrations section, you have the option to compile a list of important celebrations along with a selection of individuals from your contacts that you wish to acknowledge on those occasions.

--You can send greetings to anyone directly through the app. By long-pressing on a specific event, a context menu will appear, allowing you to choose between “call” or “write,” while the app automatically retrieves the appropriate contacts for you. （To streamline this process, you can create various greeting templates for “Birthday,” “Anniversary,” and “Celebrations” in the templates section; just remember to check the “use template” box afterwards.）

--The application also offers the ability to back up all data pertaining to birthdays, events, and celebrations onto an SD card or Google Drive, making it easy to restore and synchronize this information with your Contacts, which is particularly useful if you switch to a new phone.

This app supports a total of 12 languages: 

Russian, English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Indonesian, Polish, Korean, Japanese, and Ukrainian.

After installing and launching the application, automatic synchronization with your contacts will occur and all important events will be transferred to the application. It is also possible to add events directly to the application itself. Editing and deleting events is available.

In the application settings, you can set the time and mode of operation of reminders:

- N days and daily;

- N days + every other day;

- N days + on the day of the event.

Choose the best option for yourself, including to have time to prepare a gift.

Notice:

--Thanks to synchronization with your contacts, you can congratulate anyone directly from the application. Make a long tap on the desired event. A context menu will open. You can select "call" or "write", the application will automatically find the necessary contacts. In order not to think about composing a greeting every time.

--In the Holidays section, you can enter all the holidays that are significant to you and link to each one a list of people from your contacts whom you would like to congratulate on these days.

--For special dates, there is a separate section Memorial Days, which can be enabled in the application settings. This section can be used, for example, to enter dates associated with the death of loved ones.

--You can place a widget on the screen to always be aware of the occurrence of upcoming events. We especially recommend placing a 1x1 widget, which works as an icon. The widget will not take up much space on the gadget screen and will always be visible. The widget displays information on how many events await you in 2-7 days, tomorrow and today. You can also install a 4x1 widget, which is configured to display from 1 to 3 upcoming events.
