    So, I had this Unbound smartwatch, right? But when I was trying to add it to the BeatXP FIT app, I couldn't find it anywhere. Then, the tech team told me that my watch actually works with another app called BeatXP Active. So, I managed to pair my watch eventually. Now, looking back at my review, it would have been nice if they made it clear which app my watch is compatible with, maybe on a paper manual inside the watch pack or through a QR code on the watch itself or in the app description. Also, I noticed that the BeatXP Active app is labeled as the "official app," whereas the other one isn't. This kind of thing doesn't really give users much confidence, you know?

And the response asking for my contact details to verify my complaints is just stupid.     Oh no, there are a lot of issues with the app! Many watch faces are not downloading properly – some show an error during the download, while others get stuck at 98% and nothing happens even after waiting for an hour. And even after clearing the used apps, an error message still pops up.
