Replacement Fee

There may be a fee associated with a replacement card, and this varies by school program.

To determine the cost of a replacement card for your account:

- Log in to your account.

- Select 'MY CARD.'

- Select 'Manage card.'

- Select the appropriate option.

To avoid the replacement card fee, please be sure to keep your card in a safe place to protect against loss or theft.

You can report your card lost/stolen without ordering a replacement card. Simply:

- Log in to your account.

- Select 'MY CARD.'

- Select 'Manage card.'

- Select the appropriate option.

Please Note: If your refund card also serves as your school ID card, you may be required to order a replacement card as it serves as your official ID card on campus.

Ordering a replacement card online is a snap! Here's how:

- Log in to your account.

- Select 'MY CARD.'

- Select 'Manage card.'

- Select the appropriate option that will provide you with a replacement card.

Cards can only be mailed to the primary address listed on your account.

Sending or Receiving wires Fee

An outgoing wire transfer to a US bank is assessed a fixed fee of $25.00, in return for convenience and speed. Please refer to the Fee Schedule for details.

We do not charge you to receive an incoming domestic or international wire transfer from any US bank or from international banks.

However, banks that process international wires may charge fees while the wire transfer is in transit.   These international banks take the fee amount from the original amount of the wire and thus reduce the amount sent to (or received by) you.

    You know, I've been a bankmobile customer for years and man, let me tell you this new app update, it's like they threw all aesthetics out the window. Nothing fits the screen, it moves slower, and where did dark mode go? I can't even find it anymore! It's like whoever approved this update just hit the "ugly" button on full blast. I mean, seriously, have you ever seen such a massive downgrade in layout? And what's up with that long maintenance break? Seems like they took forever just to mess things up. Please, please reconsider this whole mess. I'm begging you.

    I've been struggling to access my account after the recent update. It was always easy for me to log in before, but now I can't even check my balance without using the app, as logging in through the browser is no longer an option. It's frustrating that site access has been taken away. Not everyone prefers using apps for everything, especially older individuals. It seems like almost every simple task these days requires a dedicated app, which can be quite inconvenient.

    Back in the day when it was the old BankMobile Vibe, the app worked just fine for me. But ever since Carolina Bank came in charge, the app seems to be acting up more and more. Every time I try to log in, it bounces me around and doesn't actually let me in. I end up having to switch to the website online just to check my account. I don't really see the point of having the app if it's gonna give me such a hard time. And it's not like my phone isn't up to par – I've got a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.

    Oh man, the new update really messed things up. I can't transfer money, can't even turn on my card, and couldn't see my recent transactions when I thought someone was messing with my account. The app and website are making it so hard for me to check my purchases. And then, on top of it all, I couldn't log in for days because they were sending the OTP to a phone number that isn't even linked to my account. Total nightmare!

    The update is really terrible! I can't make real-time transactions anymore. When are you going to make this app work properly? The website on the browser isn't any better! I've been using this account for 13 years and I might close it if this issue isn't resolved quickly. The app used to work flawlessly before the sale, why did you have to change it?

    I have never faced any issues with the BankMobile app. When it comes to moving money between my checking and savings accounts, it happens right away. The app also updates the balance in real-time, which is a neat feature. The only downside I found was the process of ordering a new card when my old one got worn out - it was a bit frustrating but the issue was more with the website than the app itself.

    I started using bankmobile way back in 2016, and everything was smooth sailing until last Sunday. They were launching this new app, but honestly, I don't see any improvement yet. Ever since then, I can't get into my account. I ordered a new debit card, and they said there would be a virtual card in the meantime. But that's not happening at all. It's been almost a week now, and I still can't access my money. Thankfully, I haven't had any emergencies because I'd be in big trouble. Maybe it's time to reconsider BMTX.
