Verification with CIE cannot be confirmed. The same error message keeps occurring endlessly: Unable to proceed. The session has expired. A fresh authentication is required. Please remember that to log in with CIE, you can't use incognito mode and if you've disabled cookies, you need to enable them again.

A new app has replaced the old one, but it can't be installed on many devices because they're not up-to-date enough. Do I have to throw away my computer, tablet, and phone? The developers didn't think about the consequences. The second-to-last app, which actually worked fine, has been removed and can't be downloaded anymore. I've reached out to other providers who let me download their app even on older devices like the Aruba Note 4, Lenovo G580, and Yoga Tablet. I've tried contacting them multiple times, but there's no way to get a solution to bring back the previous version.
