HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT OR DATA?

Please contact support@appkarma.io (Subject: Delete Account)

When you opt to delete your account, we will delete all device and IP Address information. Email and username are encrypted so they cannot be used and will ensure no one else can create an account using those credentials. 

You can also ask to remove your email and keep your account. However, doing so will mean losing your account information if you do switch or reset your device. 

HOW DO I EARN REWARDS?

You can earn rewards by:

- Completing offers - fulfill offer requirements  

- Earning Scratch Cards by completing Karma Plays. 

- Completing Playtime offers (Android Only). 

- Earning Location Rewards (US Only). 

- Referring people to appKarma. You can even become a VIP and earn a lot more.

THE OFFERS ARE DIFFICULT TO COMPLETE. WHAT CAN I DO?

You can speed up your time to complete the offers by making in-app-purchases. We will give you 1200 points for each $1.00 spent up to $25.00 (30,000 points).

Or, if you simply enjoyed the app and spent money in the game, we'll similarly give you the IAP Bonus. 

WHAT ARE SCRATCH CARDS?

Scratch cards are bonus prizes that are revealed after you scratch them. The more images you match, the more you earn. Each card also contains a multiplier that can boost your bonus points.

There are 5 levels of scratch cards. The higher the level, the higher the average payout.

HOW DO DAILY REWARDS WORK?

All you have to do is collect the scratcher from the Daily Rewards button. By default, you will receive a single Level 1 scratch card each day you check in. However, you have a chance to receive UPGRADED scratch cards, if you reach the target number of points for the day.

Please note that only points from completing offers count (does not include Invite Rewards, Playtime rewards, Karma Play/ Quiz points, etc .. )
