    I had a rough time with the app or the actual company. As I waited, I noticed my queue number going up and down - starting at 17, then dropping to 14, rising back to 18, and then jumping to 21. Feeling frustrated, I disconnected briefly, logged back in, and when it was finally my turn, I got switched to a different service provider. After trying to connect, I received a message saying I was disconnected from the session. Waited again, logged back in, this time opting for a phone call, but even after 3 hours, I did not receive any callback.

    It's been less than 12 hours and I'm feeling fantastic. The visit went smoothly, and all four kids were able to get checked too, turns out we all had strep. It was just as good as going to a clinic but better because I didn't have to take the hassle of bringing the kids into a clinic amidst the COVID situation in our small town. These doctors really paid attention to what I had to say, unlike some clinics. They are great at diagnosing and they did an amazing job. Definitely will go back to them again! Dr. Bihimi and Dr. Mitchell R were absolutely fantastic! Dr. Pearlman is the kind of doctor our country needs.

    The insurance company suggests this product, and we've used it for rashes, eczema, and pink eye before. It worked well. There was a small issue with the price – normally it's $79, but our insurance offers a discount. Remember to enter the access key or service code provided by your company along with your insurance information. Ours went down to $20.

But then in July 2018, out of nowhere, I got hit with a $49 charge for visits that I didn't even know about until a month later. The thing is, I never approved any charges in the app because they already had my insurance details. Every other app out there gives a heads up if you're going to be charged – except this one.

    The doctors at AMWELL work fast and are very good at what they do. It's hard to see my regular doctor when I get sinus infections. She wants to see me before giving me any prescriptions, but it takes five days to get an appointment with her. With AMWELL, I can go online, answer some questions, wait for the next doctor available, and get help within minutes instead of waiting days. I really like this service.

    So, there's this app that's just not working properly. And then there's Amwell, which makes you pay right away for your appointments and takes forever (like 45-60 days!) to give your money back when you have the right insurance. When I told them about this problem, they just said they couldn't do anything. It was so frustrating! I had to cancel all my upcoming appointments because of this, but they didn't seem to care at all.
