Inspired by the strategies of renowned investor Luiz Barsi Filho, the AGF app is tailored for individuals looking to enhance their dividend management skills.

Here are the key functionalities of the AGF app:

1.Wallet Import：

- B3 Import: Enables automatic import and synchronization of investment information linked to B3.

- Manual Import: Allowing you to enter data through brokerage notes or spreadsheets.

2.Smart Dividend Map (MDI)：

- MDI: This feature reveals the historical announcement dates for dividend distributions from leading dividend-paying companies. It can be accessed directly under the Investments tab and allows sorting companies based on Dividend Yield, proximity to MDI, or user investments within the platform.

3.Company Ranking：

- Ranking View: This tool provides access to view companies across two sections: “My Companies” and “All Companies”. The ranking includes advanced filtering options related to dividends, specific sectors, and various financial indicators.

- Additional Functionalities: The option to register transactions manually, set purchase targets, add companies to your portfolio, and apply personalized filters to identify companies that fit specific criteria.

4.Yield on Cost (YoC)：

- YoC calculation: Displays the profitability of assets and your portfolio over the past year, excluding the current month. This function can be accessed through the Investments > Income > Income by company section.

5.Types of Price Ceiling：

- Average Ceiling Price: Determines the highest price acceptable for acquiring a stock to achieve a 6% annual dividend, based on average payments from the previous six years.

- Projective Ceiling Price: Utilizes analyst predictions for the current fiscal year to establish the ceiling price.

- Consensus Price: Based on estimates from market analysts to recommend the highest acceptable price for purchasing a share.

6.Community：

- Community Interactions: A platform for sharing ideas, insights, trade discussions, and addressing questions. The community is divided into categories such as “For you”, “General”, “Insights”, “Negotiations”, and “Questions”. Users have the ability to follow each other, comment, create polls, and mention others using "@" and "#".

7.Educational Content：

- AGF Trainings: Offers courses and video content catering to various levels of Stock Exchange knowledge, including topics like "Stock Exchange for Beginners" and "Dividends Guarantee the Future," among others.

- Lives: Access to both live and recorded sessions hosted by the AGF Family, taking place weekly for subscribers.

8.Profile and Security Settings：

It was based on this same methodology that Louise Barsi, Fábio Baroni, Felipe Ruiz, and Jean Melo also achieved financial independence and founded AGF, the only institution authorized to teach the strategy developed over 50 years ago by Luiz Barsi Filho.

1970s

Luiz Barsi Jr. develops and publishes the original study "Stocks Guarantee the Future"

June 2019

Louise, Felipe, and Fábio found AGF and launch the first course, "The Barsi Way of Investing," which provides a broad overview of Barsi's methodology.

June 2020

The "5 à Prova de Balas" course is launched, a precursor to the current "BESST" course, focusing on analyzing Barsi's preferred sectors.

July 2020

AGF acquires "Aposentação," a platform and community developed to systematize stock market investments.

August 2020

The exclusive community for AGF students, called "AGF Prime," is created.

July 2021

The merger of "AGF Prime" and "Aposentação" creates "AGF+," the first and only platform exclusively for investors who apply the AGF methodology.

April 2022

Version 2.0 of AGF+ is launched, with a new layout and features.

August 2022

The "Luiz Barsi MBA in Value Investing" is launched, a postgraduate degree program designed for investors and professionals who want to delve deeper into the methodology.
