FAQ

1、Q:What is your shipping fee?

A:For orders placed through our website, the shipping fee is 59.99 TL. This amount will be reflected in your invoice during the ordering process.

2、Q:When will my order be shipped?

A:After your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

3、Q:Which courier company will my order be shipped with?

A:We ship your orders to you via Yurtiçi Kargo. Considering the congestion among courier companies, shipments may also be made with other courier companies.

4、Q:At what times will my order be delivered?

A:Your order will be delivered to the specified address by Yurtiçi Kargo between 09:00-18:00 working hours.

5、Q:Can I have the order shipped to one address and the invoice to another?

A:Orders placed through our website are shipped together with their invoices. No shipments are sent without an invoice.

6、Q:How can I change the delivery address of my order?

A:You can change your delivery address through the "My Addresses" section in the "My Account" page, or you can define a new address by clicking the "Add New Address" button during the checkout process. This address will be used as the delivery address for your subsequent orders. You can also change the delivery address for a specific order during the checkout process, but this change will only affect that order and will not be reflected in the "My Account" page.

7、Q:Will I have to pay a fee for the return shipment?

A:If you choose "Yurtiçi Kargo" (with which we have an agreement), you will not pay a shipping fee. If you choose another courier company for the return, the shipping fee will be covered by the customer.

8、Q:What happens if the courier cannot find me at the delivery address?

A:The courier company will deliver your order to the address you provided. If you are not available at the address, they will leave a note informing you that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If you do not collect your package from the branch within three days, your order will be returned to the www.addax.com.tr warehouse. A refund will then be processed to your credit card.
