Please note that you need to have a TV package that includes A&E in your TV lineup with your provider to unlock episodes. (Packages that include internet or phone service only will not be authorized for viewing in our apps and website.)
To unlock episodes, you can sign in with your TV package from any of the following providers:
Local Cable: Xfinity, Cox, Spectrum, Verizon Fios or your local cable provider
Satellite: Dish and DIRECTV
Streaming Live TV Services: DIRECTV Stream, Hulu + Live TV, Sling TV, Philo, and Vidgo
Frndly TV also provides budget-friendly access to network content and live TV, but cannot be used to sign in to our apps and website at this time.

1. Where do I get my sign on information?
Your sign in information comes from your TV provider. Please contact your provider directly for details. (They usually have information on how to set up or access your account on their website.)
2. Can I watch A&E shows on my mobile device?
Yes. The A&E app is currently available for iPads and iPhones running the current versions of iOS on Safari, Firefox or Google Chrome; on Android the current versions of Samsung Internet, Firefox or Google Chrome. Browsers and operating systems not listed here may work fine, but aren't fully supported by us.
3. Can I use the A&E App if my TV provider doesn't support it?
Yes! There are lots of full episodes, clips, movies and more to watch—even if your TV provider isn't currently supported.
4. Do I have to sign in to use the A&E App?
No, you don't have to sign in to use the A&E App. There will always be lots to watch for viewers who don't sign in.
5. Can I download the videos in the A&E App to watch later?
No, the A&E App is a streaming-only experience. However, you can add favorite videos to your Watchlist to make them easier to find when you watch them.
