This function lets you set a location of your choice without relying on GPS.

Consequently, people in the area you've selected will be able to view your profile, making it seem like you are close by.

I made a payment but it's not showing up

For Android

Click "Restore purchase" at the bottom of the Premium or Ghost purchase page.

The Google account you used to purchase may be different from the Google account you are currently using. Please take the following steps in order.

Log out of your current Google account.

Log in again with the Google account you used to purchase.

Log in to the application and click the "Restore purchase" button on the purchase page.

The withdrawal may have failed due to a problem with the registered credit card. Please check your credit information.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, our staff will check with you, so please take the following steps.

Access Google Pay. https://pay.google.com/

Check your transaction ID and send a screenshot of the screen with that number or note down the transaction ID.

Please send a screenshot of the transaction ID or contact us with the transaction ID via the inquiry form.

I can no longer use premium features after changing my phone model.

When switching from Android to Android or from iPhone to iPhone, you can continue to use the premium features by continuing to use the account you used when purchasing.

If you switch between Android and iPhone, please cancel your subscription for the app you originally subscribed to,

and then subscribe again for the app with the different OS. The billing date will be the starting date for both OS.

When switching, we cannot offer pro rata refunds even if the subscription periods for both OS overlap, so please check the subscription periods for both before proceeding.

If I create a new account, will my premium features be carried over?

If you're switching from iPhone to iPhone, you can continue to use the premium features with your new account by pressing "Restore purchases" at the bottom of the premium feature purchase screen.

For Android, you can continue to use the premium features with your new account by pressing "Restore purchases" at the bottom of the Premium or avatar purchase screen while logged in to the Google account you used to purchase the premium features.
