    Delivery takes longer than expected. Some pizzas need to be replaced because the manager says they cannot be made. Sometimes the manager takes time to think of a substitute, which slows down the order processing even more. The last review got removed.

    I couldn’t make the payment. An error popped up, but it only showed for a split second. I couldn’t read it in time without taking a screenshot. It said the payment failed and a specialist would contact me. Nobody called. I called them myself and waited for about 15 minutes. No one answered from support. My order got canceled because it wasn’t paid. There’s a button to repeat the order. That’s helpful, right? Especially since the order was large. But the button doesn’t work. Why even release an app like this? Should I just check the menu and order from competitors?

    Switching tabs for food categories feels sluggish. When clicking two tabs at once, one might stay selected even after clicking another. It's also unclear what needs to be entered when paying with a card.

    The device refuses to turn on. It keeps showing a message about checking the network settings. Everything else works perfectly fine, both Wi-Fi and 4G are functioning without issues.

Last time, I finally got through and they said my order from the app didn’t go through. They suggested I place the order again. So, I did. They brought it to me. Then, half an hour later, they delivered that first order again. I had been a loyal customer for over five years. Now, I’ll choose another delivery service.
