11st - Shop & save

Oh, so the app's UI has been cleaned up, but sometimes the bottom main menu doesn't appear when you launch the app, right? It seems to show up when you close and reopen the app, but it would be great if they could fix that. Also, it's quite common for the menu not to show up even without scrolling. I noticed that even when I scroll all the way to the top, it still doesn't appear.

So, guess what? The latest update doesn't have the top bar anymore. It's such a pain to shop without being able to search for items...

Oh, I'm a VIP on 11th Street. It seems like I buy almost everything from there. There are many online shopping platforms, but I mostly use that one. I love the Shocking Deal, coupons, card discounts, and point accumulation features on 11th Street. So, I shop wisely using those benefits.

From trying to find my ID (First, they said there was no information about it, but then when I tried to sign up, it showed that there was already a member with that ID. I managed to resolve it somehow, but I still don't know what happened. I've probably done the verification process more than ten times, feeling quite suspicious now), to the order of products appearing (When scrolling down, products should be easily visible. However, there are recommended products in between, making me scroll down again for a long time. I get confused if this is the list of items I searched for), to registering coupons (There are so many usage restrictions - am I supposed to use them or not? It says which product it applies to, but when I click on it, it doesn't work. On top of having authentication issues just to register a coupon, now I can't even use the coupon. It's frustrating), the product prices being weird (After clicking on a product, the price shown is different. After wasting an hour in vain, I will go to another website to place orders. I won't use 11st again).

I love using the 11st app for online shopping, it's so convenient and fun!
