How it works
Step 1: Open the Zoho Assist - Technician app and enter the customer's email address to invite them to the remote support session. Alternatively, share the URL directly with them.
Step 2: Once the customer clicks the invitation URL, they will be connected to the session. Now, you can see what the customer sees and remotely control their computer.
Step 3: Communicate with the customer and provide guidance. You also have the option to invite another technician to troubleshoot the issue together.
