How it works

Step 1: Open the Zoho Assist - Technician app and enter the customer's email address to invite them to the remote support session. Alternatively, share the URL directly with them.

Step 2: Once the customer clicks the invitation URL, they will be connected to the session. Now, you can see what the customer sees and remotely control their computer.

Step 3: Communicate with the customer and provide guidance. You also have the option to invite another technician to troubleshoot the issue together.

    When you remote into a PC using an app, there's a fair bit of zooming in and out involved. However, in case of an emergency, you can help or guide the client through whatever issue they are facing and how to resolve it.

    This app is always saying my system is offline, even though I am right in front of it. It's also not letting me use capital letters. This app is the worst! Please stop using this app if you're not going to fix it.

    This app isn't helpful for remote support. I have a Galaxy Tab A 10.1 with a Bluetooth mouse. When I use Zoho Assist through the Chrome Browser, everything works well. But if I try to use the app instead, the mouse doesn't function at all. I can't move the cursor on the remote computer using the mouse; I still have to control it by touch. This makes it very difficult to click on small targets, like the close window X. For this app to be useful, it needs to support both mouse and keyboard functionality.
