How to use the service

We tell you how to order a service or become a performer, and also how to communicate on the service. For new performers: how to take your first task and start earning. And a little about the most important rules of the platform.

    How to register on the site

On YouDo.com you can be a customer and a contractor. Registration on the site is free. To become a contractor, start providing services and earning money, you need to additionally become a contractor. How to do this, read here .

To register an account on YouDo.com , click Login or Register in the upper right corner of the site's main page.

The following window will open:

Use quick registration or login through the offered services or enter your email address and click "Register".

After registration you will receive an email. Follow the link in the email and confirm your email address.

    How to install the application

To use the application, turn on mobile Internet or Wi-Fi. Network connection is necessary so that the application can identify you in the system, determine your location, and you can communicate online.

When installing, the app will ask for access to your geolocation and permission to send notifications. If you block notifications during installation, you can enable them later in your phone settings.

Once you have installed the app, register or log in. This can be done in several ways: using your login and password or through social networks that are linked to your account.

    How to create a task

Go to the "Create a task" section in the application menu. Write what you need or select a service category - whichever is more convenient. 

    How to add a sentence

To respond to tasks, become a performer on YouDo . 

If you have already become a performer, go to the "Find tasks" section and select an interesting task. Go to the task, read the conditions for its implementation and click "Add offer".

By posting a proposal for a task, you agree to its execution if the customer selects you as the performer. Set the time of relevance of your proposal, if this is important. 

How does private chat work

    When can I start chatting?

1. The performer added a sentence to the task

If the task is open, the customer can write to any performer who added the offer. The customer always initiates communication first.

2. The task is completed

If the task changes its status to “In Progress”, both the customer and the selected performer can start the correspondence. 

3. Until 30 days have passed since the task was closed

The chat closes 30 days after the task is closed. If you liked the performer's work and want to work with him again, next time just offer him your new task . 

    How to set up notifications about new messages in chat

Turn on notifications in settings so you don't miss important messages. 

    How to communicate on the service

There are several ways to communicate with other users of the service:

- Personal messages

The customer can call or ask a question in a private message to any performer who left a proposal for his task. The performer can be the first to write a message only if the customer has selected him for the task. You can also learn about promotions that are taking place on YouDo and important updates to the service from private messages. 

- Telephone

In the contractors’ proposals, the customer sees their contacts and can call them to discuss the terms of work.

- General chat

In this chat, users ask questions and help each other. Currently, the general chat is only available to old users, newcomers cannot participate in it
