AS Watson announced the grand opening of its 16,800th store worldwide, further consolidating its position as the world’s largest international health and beauty retailer, with a portfolio of 12 brands operating across 29 markets. This store was opened in Rotterdam, marking a remarkable milestone in AS Watson’s ongoing expansion and its commitment to delivering a seamless and exceptional O+O (Offline plus Online) customer experience.

Our delivery method that ordered items on online store are picked in physical store, and you can come to the store to pick up the order.
how long does it take to be able to pick up items at the store?
By using the click and collect express service, you can pick up items at the store within 1 hour after the payment confirmation.
How to pick up order at the store?
Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a SMS notification on your order Collection details and a 6-digit number or you can retrieve your 6-digit pick up code under Order History and please present your 6-digit number for verification purposes at store.
How can I check the accumulation point in my account?
You can log in to your account and check the point on your account summary, or click ‘Points Balance/Transaction’ under Watsons Membership to see the history of your point transaction.
If I return a product that I’ve purchased because of some reason, will the point earned to my account diminished?
1. If you choose to change the product with a same value, then no point will be diminished.
2. If you choose to return the product, the point that you’ve earned before will be diminished from your account and you will receive cash money from your product return.
3. If you want to return the product and your point isn’t enough to be diminished, you can only change a product with the same value.
4. If you want to return the product that you redeemed before with full or some points, you can only change with the product which has the same value because the points that have been redeemed cannot be transferred back.
How to activate Watsons membership card online?
1. Visit www.watsons.co.id or download Watsons Indonesia mobile app on the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Click sign up / activate card.
3. Fill the card number and 6 digit of your password.
4. Click Submit.
5. Follow the instruction showed on screen and make sure to re-check the personal information you’ve filled before finishing the activation process.
*For the account password, make a password length 8 – 20 digit and contain at least 1 number and a capital alphabet. Example: Watsons1
6. Complete the activation process by putting the activation code sent to your phone number via SMS.

App is slow, clunk, and litered. A lot of the times when i tap a product, it won't take me to the product's page even after waiting for a whole minute. Try tapping anything and the response is either very slow, or non existent. • Bad categorization and navigation. Some products are placed in the wrong category, which makes it hard to find the products you want. • I haven't had any negative experiences regarding payment and shipping. The app is just terrible imo.
App freezes and crashes all the time, and keep saying it's not responding. Some items are not available on the app, while when I checked in the store, it's available and there's a lot of stock of it. This is the first time I have bad experience while using the app. Please fix the app asap, I really love to buy from watsons app, but now it's getting tiring to even scroll :(
I tried to order some products and used a promotion code for a discount. After I completed the payment, Watsons canceled my order. They said it was due to one item being out of stock. The refund process turned out to be frustrating. I had to reach out to Watsons first, then wait about 14 working days to get my money back. When I wanted to place my order again, I found out that I couldn't use the promotion code anymore because it showed as already used, despite the cancellation from Watsons.
That sounds frustrating! It’s definitely not ideal when an app won’t open from the list. Having to go through the Play Store just to get to it is a bit of a hassle. Hopefully, you can find a fix soon so you can access it easily again.
Horrible user experience. Facebook login/register not working. Mobile phone login/register not working. I am stuck at the create new password section. I have used 8–20 characters, with combination of uppercase lowercase alphabet, symbol and number. Yet it keeps saying your new password doesn't match our requirements. Also, it keeps insisting us to grant it notification and location permission. I have dismissed the request screen one hundred times and it persists. No respect for user's choice.
I have try to order some products, using promotion code to get discount. After payment completed, my order got cancelled by Watson's itself. They said it is because there is no stock for 1 item that I bought. Unfortunately, the refund system wasn't good enough. I have to contact Watson's first, then I have to wait estimated 14 work days to get my money back. I want order again, but surprisingly, I cannot use the promotion code again because it already used, even though it was cancelled by Watson's.
