App Orders: The app provides an estimated arrival time, but actual arrival may vary based on road conditions.

How will I know when the car arrives?

The app sends a notification when the driver arrives. For phone orders, specify the arrival time during the call.

What is increased demand?

Dynamic Pricing: During high demand periods (e.g., rush hours or bad weather), prices may be higher. You can choose to wait until prices decrease.

How do I rate a trip?

Rate your driver through the app after the trip. A rating window will appear; if closed, you won’t be able to provide feedback.

App Orders: Call the driver within 48 hours through the “Order History” section in the app.
