Designed to streamline your work requirements, the Workforce Central mobile application (previously referred to as Kronos Mobile) offers both employees and managers quick and secure access to Workforce Central.

Employees can clock in and out, view their schedules, time off, benefits, and pay. Managers have the ability to address exceptions as they arise, ensure adequate staffing and schedule management, process time off requests, among other essential functions.

The Workforce Central mobile app is also functional offline, alleviating concerns about losing connectivity. Your clock-ins will be stored and sent to Workforce Central once you're back online.

Important: Your organization needs to have UKG Workforce Central set up and mobile functionality enabled. If you encounter any access issues, please consult your Workforce Central administrator.

Logging On to UKG Workforce Central

Open the App:

On your mobile phone, tap the UKG Workforce Central icon.

Enter Your Credentials:

Username: Enter your 6-digit numeric employee number in the User Name field. This is the same number you have been using for TTE.

If you don’t know your employee number or don’t have one, contact your supervisor.

Password: Enter your password in the Password field.

Log On:

UKG Workforce Central

Tap Log On to complete the login process.

    This app has constantly malfunctioned since I started using it. Every time I try to use it, I encounter glitches and software problems. Now, when I log in, my session times out immediately. The moment the app loads, it logs me out again. This situation really needs attention from the developers. Update: As of 10/22/22, the app has become completely unusable. No matter how many times I try to log in, my session times out every time. This is beyond frustrating.

    This app is fantastic! I've never faced any issues. My colleagues love it too. Sure, a calendar sync would be nice. It might save me five minutes, but that's not a big deal. Overall, I'm really happy with it!

    This app is the absolute worst on my phone. I can’t understand why any company would choose it for scheduling. It’s so unreliable that it makes the whole company look cheap. You try to log in, and it logs you out before you even get in. Loading times are ridiculous. By the time it finally decides to load, you find yourself logged out again. There are countless bugs and glitches. Even after updates and system changes, nothing improved. I’m seriously considering going back to writing my schedule by hand every week. This situation is just insane.
