Uber Fleet - Manage drivers & vehicles

There are several improvements needed for this application to be perfect. Firstly, it should display the driver's location in offline mode. Secondly, the payment statement needs to be more user-friendly. Additionally, there should be a feature to view cancelled trips. The app should also accurately show the time and date in the payment statement as there have been discrepancies lately. Finally, a complaint/suggestion option in the help section would allow us to address any trip concerns directly to Uber through the fleet app. Thank you.

Having this tool is great because we are able to monitor the driver's performance regularly.

When a driver is on a ride, there should be a better display for the trip. It should show the pickup approach just like it shows the drop-off approach. The display should also include the distance to travel and the estimated time of arrival.

Oh, partnering with Uber seems like a complete waste of time and money. The customer support team, especially the ladies, seem to be absolutely useless. They lack knowledge and can't help solve any problems. And goodness gracious, trying to get in touch with the driver customer care is such a hassle! There are so many options to choose from. It must be so frustrating for drivers as they have to decide between selecting options or focusing on completing their targets. After being partners with Uber for a while, it feels like they're just setting a trap to deceive both passengers and drivers.

Get picked up quickly. The drivers are really cool and drive well. Saves time and money.

Oh no, I just checked the latest update of the app and it's really frustrating. They removed important features like viewing the previous Uber negative balance, total cash collection, as well as the previous day's performance and cash collection. It's so annoying. It would be great if they could at least notify us before closing the account due to pending payments. My account is going to be closed in 2 days and I didn't even know about it. Now, I have to constantly go to the bank just to deposit Uber's money. This is such a hassle!

When I see the fleet app telling me to update, I tap on it but then it just takes me back to the same update screen. I even tried deleting it and getting the newest version, but it's still no good. It's frustrating. Managing my fleet is impossible with this issue.

The latest update from Uber is the worst one yet! I have been a fleet partner in Mumbai since 2015. The payment option is not working. When I click on payments, it shows an error message saying that something went wrong. It tells me to try again later or contact support.

The drivers are really getting hit hard by the new CEO. They are losing a big chunk of their earnings, all sorts of helpful features for passengers are gone, good promotions are nowhere to be found, and even the perks like discounts on car maintenance and phone plans are no more. And to top it off, there's no way for them to even give feedback anymore because of all the backlash. I suggest folks look into other services instead.
