APP Use Guide

User registration

In order to start using your application, you must first register on the My Totalplay account self-service portal, (If you previously registered on the My Account portal or already have your username, you must skip this step). To register, you must click on the link “Register and get your password here”:

It is important that you have your Totalplay account number or phone number, as we will ask for them to register in the system. If you do not have them or do not remember them, you can find them on your last Account

Statement. (This will be the only time we will ask for them for registration).

Once registered, your temporary password will be sent to the email address you gave us when you signed up for Totalplay, the same one where you receive your Account Statements.

If you do not know the email address we have on file, you will need to contact Customer Service at 1579 8000 or from the rest of the country at 800 510 0510, where we will be happy to help you.

Remember that with your username and password, you can also check your last three account statements on the

My Totalplay Account portal and make your online payment for your service.

Activating the application

Once installed, with your username and password you must start the

Totalplay Donde Sea application.

Remember that your Totalplay application, in addition to allowing you to enjoy your TV programming and rent series or movies, works as a remote control for your television or as an extension of your Totalplay telephone line to make and receive calls as if you were at home. After you have correctly entered your username and password, you will be asked to

choose the profile you created from your TV. If you have not yet created one, use the guest profile.

The Totalplay service on your Smartphone will have a maximum limit of three mobiles. That is, if you installed the Totalplay Donde Sea application on three devices such as Smartphones or Tablets, you must deactivate one of them in order to activate another device. Remember that you can activate or deactivate your devices as many times as you want, but you must maintain your limit of three simultaneously.

When you start the application, all the options we have for you will be displayed on the screen,

through a main menu that offers you:

    TV+

    Telephone

    TV Control

We also have a lower menu that will help you have control of your service, with a Help and More section that will allow you to manage your service. From the App Home you can watch Canal Total Live and all the open TV offering that is available to you 24/7, 365 days a year.

TV Guide

When you enter Canal Total, we show you the programming that you can watch from your Totalplay App, through the TV Guide and On Demand, and we also list the channels that you can watch by category and time.

Our TV Guide programming in the Totalplay App includes up to: 39 open TV channels, 32 Entertainment channels, 18 Children's channels, 21 World and Culture channels, 42 Movie channels, 23 Total Sports channels, 31 News channels, and 26 Music channels.

By selecting a particular category, the programming will be displayed by channel and time.

The Cuando Sea content allows you to go back in time on your favorite programs up to 7 days, and you can identify it with the pink icon next to your channel.
