I don’t know the password to the email address I’m being told to use to get my login email. What do I do?

If you do not know the password to your email account, please follow the “Forgot your Password” steps given by your inbox service to reset your password (or email the email provider to reset your password).

When I click my sign-in link on my Android device, I'm redirected to the Tim Hortons website instead of the app. Why does this happen?

This is likely due to a setting on your phone that prevents links from being opened within the app. To fix this, go to your device Settings, search "Opening Links", click on Tim Hortons, select "Open Supported Links", and set it to "Open in this app". This should solve the issue!

My app is not set to my preferred language. How do I change it?

English to French: Click the "More" tab, and at the top, you'll see "Language and Region". Click the globe icon and switch to "Canada/Français".

French to English: Click the "Plus" tab on the bottom right, and at the top, you'll see "Langue et Région". Click the globe icon and switch to "Canada/English".

CA English to US English: Click the "More" tab, and at the top, you'll see "Language and Region". Click the globe icon and switch to "USA/English".

US English to CA English: Click the "More" tab, and at the top, you'll see "Language and Region". Click the globe icon and switch to "Canada/English".

My Tim Card® balance is showing in USD and I'm in Canada, or is showing in CAD but I'm in the United States. How do I fix this?

USD to CAD: Under "More", click "Language and Region". Set your region to "Canada/English". You should now see your balance in CAD!

CAD to USD: Under "More", click "Language and Region". Set your region to "USA/English". You should now see your balance in USD!

When I go to place a mobile order in Canada or the US, all of the restaurants say "CA only" or "US only". How do I fix this?

    The sandwich shop wasn't good. I couldn't choose what I wanted on my sandwiches. In the evening, I had to buy many doughnuts instead of just one. The worst part was once I ordered, I couldn't change it or cancel it. You might end up paying for something you didn't get. I gave them 1 star instead of 2 because they didn't listen to complaints from customers.

    There's a problem with the app on Android, especially for S21 users. When I try to buy more than 5 items, the continue button keeps spinning at checkout. It takes forever to calculate and confirm the order. The app gets really slow once I add 5 items. However, when I use my friend's iPhone 12 pro max, everything works perfectly. It's quick and smooth, no matter how many items I add. The app needs to be fixed!

    In October 2022, there's good news - the one-step rewards and payment feature is finally here after three years! You still need to activate it to use, but it's a cool function. I like being able to switch between my credit card and Tim's card. Back in 2019, things were better but not perfect. Having to swipe twice for rewards and payment was too much. If the app can detect my linked rewards card, it should be able to combine both actions. I appreciate that I can choose preferred stores, but the map view should be the default option.

    I can't access any of my accounts because of an update that logged me out the first time I signed in. I keep getting too many login attempts, so I lose all my points and most of the cash I had loaded into Tim's systems. The permissions have gone too far - there's no need to change my phone's settings just for a coffee. Bring back password login, separate the app into a points redeem/order app, and move all ads, games, and financial stuff to another app. It's terrible - they are stealing from us!

    The app is awesome, but the in-store experience can be really different depending on the store. Some stores just don't get it when I show up after ordering and paying through the app. They still make me wait in line. I usually just skip those stores. I always order a black coffee. If franchisees had better training, things would run smoother for everyone. Oh, and I loved getting extra rolls during roll up the rim.

    You checked for updates on the app to redeem prizes from Roll Up The Rim. It seems to be getting stuck at the activate button and the second screen. Each step is taking a lot of time. You need help activating your prizes. Please provide a contact number. Thanks! There are multiple pages, and constantly pressing "see more" might be causing the problem.

    The old app was good, but the new update made it slow. When I try to go to a different screen or close a menu, it takes too long. Also, when I change one thing when customizing items, everything else resets. It used to be quick and easy to order for pickup, but now it took me ten minutes just to order a couple of coffees and a breakfast sandwich. So, I ended up deleting the app and placing my order in person.
