3. In [Account]-[Subscription]-you can view all subscription items, click the subscription item in the lower right corner [Administration]-select [Cancel Subscription],

Can I get a refund for the month after the automatic debit is cancelled?

1. Please make sure to log in to WeTV using the country IP address corresponding to the opening

2. Please confirm whether you are logged into the VIP member account and open [WeTV APP]

→ click [Account] → click on [Join VIP / My VIP] at the top left. If the account is a VIP member, the VIP icon will be displayed next to the user's name; If this account does not show the VIP icon, please go to [Account] → [Setting] → click on [Logout], and click on login again to see if other accounts are showing the VIP icon, then the account is a VIP member.
