TEBOIL - Loyalty program & promotions

In the new loyalty program Every purchase and refueling made at Teboil stations accumulates points to your customer account. The more purchases you make, the higher level you reach - and the better benefits you get! With the application, you can conveniently pay for refueling and car washes at all Teboil stations across Finland using the most common bank and credit cards at the self-service machines. You can also link Payment Time, Business, or D cards to the application.

Within the app, you can monitor your card status, view your balance and visit history at gas stations, as well as manage your personal information in your profile settings. You'll also have access to enticing deals from Teboil Café, a comprehensive map of gas stations featuring convenient filters by fuel type, and the option to easily create a route to the nearest gas stations.

After signing up, you will receive a virtual loyalty card in the app. Meet the necessary criteria to elevate your card level and earn more points. You can accumulate and redeem points using the mobile app with a virtual card displayed as a QR code.

AIDE--Connect your payment card to the app

There are two different instructions for adding payment methods.

First, we will describe how to activate mobile payment for Teboil's payment card (D-card, Business card, Payment term card) and then how to add a bank/credit card. Several different payment methods can be connected to the mobile application.

Adding Teboil payment cards

Activate mobile payment on your Teboil payment card (Credit card, Business card, D-card) KorttiExtranet-in the service. Do this in CardExtranet.

1. Main user: Log inCard Extranet

2. Open the Cards

3. Choose the card to which you want to give mobile payment authorization.

4. Click: Activate mobile payment.

5. Add the phone number in the format +358…, without the leading zero and without spaces.

6. Press save

Adding a bank or credit card

This is how you link a bank or credit card as a payment method in the Teboil mobile application.

1. Open the Teboil mobile application, go to the Wallet menu, and select "Add card" from the top right corner.

2. Choose Add new payment method

Enter the card details and press Register. You will be redirected to online banking for strong authentication, after which the bank/credit card you added will be visible in the Wallet section of Teboil's mobile application.

AIDE--How to refuel using the mobile app

Refueling and payment with the Teboil mobile application is easy!

1. Drive to the free meter

2. Open the application

3. Select "payment"

4. Choose "pay for fuel"

5. Select "meter" and press "select meter"

6. Choose a product

7. If you have multiple cards linked to the application, choose the card you want to use.

8. Choose the amount you want to refuel. You can choose the amount in euros or liters (minimum 5 liters). With Teboil payment cards, you do not need to choose the amount or the quantity in liters.

9. Choose "pay".

10. Start refueling within 3 minutes

Refueling is visible in the wallet section of the application!

AIDE--HOW TO REFUEL REMOTELY

Refueling remotely with the Teboil app is a convenient way to pay for someone else's refueling.

When the refueler is ready with the meter off, do the following:

1.Open the application.

2. Switch to the tab "Station".

3.Write the location in the "Search by location" field.

4.Press "Start remote refueling"

5.Choose the pump where the attendant is waiting.

6.Press "Select meter".

7.Choose the type of fuel.

8.If you have multiple cards linked to the application, choose the correct customer and payment card that you want to use.

9.Choose the amount (in € or liters, minimum 5 liters). With Teboil payment cards, you do not need to choose the amount or liters.

10.Click "Pay"

11. Start refueling within 3 minutes.

You can start refueling! The refueling will be visible on the wallet tab of the application!
