    I have a Huawei P40 Pro phone. The biometrics feature is not functioning properly. The app does not detect my fingerprint for biometric login and does not provide the option to use face ID, even though my phone has that capability. Additionally, NFC payment is not working either. I believe these issues may be due to the fact that my phone does not support Google Mobile Services. If this is the case, please work on the app so that it can support all features even on devices without Google services. Thank you!

    So, here's the thing - the update doesn't just happen all by itself, you gotta do it manually. And another issue is that this app doesn't really help out with permissions when it comes to paying with cards. When you call for support, those folks don't seem to know much about the app problems, and it takes forever to figure out even the simplest of issues.

    Everything looks good, but there are a couple of issues. First, there is a recurring error in the payments feed that prompts you to refresh the feed repeatedly in a loop. Secondly, the app crashes immediately on Android X. It's disappointing that the new app doesn't support the upcoming major version, especially since developers have had access to it for six months. I have faith that you can improve upon this!

    Oh no! The app was crashing, then the fingerprint recognition stopped working, and now it won't open at all. It's really disappointing.

    So, like, the bank's chat thing is terrible. There's this silly virtual assistant that tries to make you cut short your not even long message. If you switch to another app, messages you didn't finish get lost, and can you believe it, the whole conversation might vanish too!

    The widget doesn't show the account balance, it displays a message saying "problem loading widget". The device is a Google Pixel 2 XL with Android version 8.1.

    So, today during lunchtime, I had trouble paying with my phone even though all the necessary features were active. I tried using NFC and ensured my card was enabled, but it still didn't go through. I reached out to the bank for assistance, however, they couldn't provide any solution or clarify what went wrong.
