It doesn't even enable that feature since it's on by default. The second thing it does is slow down your phone and bombard you with ads. If someone enjoys watching a bunch of ads, then this is the perfect app for them. It makes me think that Google should require all apps to offer real functionality.

It seems like you can't find the option to adjust the selected area. You might want to look at the tool settings or check the menu options. Sometimes those controls are tucked away in different tabs or panels. Try exploring the program a bit more. Scrolling over icons can help reveal hidden features too. Experimenting with the cursor might lead you to what you're looking for.
