Spur Family Club - Reward & save money

It's like this, after I login, the app just crashes. That's as far as I can get - no progress beyond that point. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but it's still the same, with the crashing happening again.

Spur is running a promotion where you can double your points by ordering through their app for 'click and collect'. But there's a hitch! The app needs fixing so that all options are available when placing an order. For instance, you couldn't find the lazy-aged steak or the masala basting options. This made it kind of useless since you had to make three calls to finally order from the store directly. Sadly, this meant missing out on the chance to earn double points. Oh no! 🙁

I understand how you feel about the app. It's been difficult for you to log in even after reinstalling it. Your son's birthday is tomorrow, and you're worried about not receiving his birthday voucher on time as last year there was a delay of almost a week before it was uploaded.

The new app version is having some issues. It's slow to open and then it shuts down by itself, causing a jarring movement on my phone screen. I can't even access the app options because it keeps shutting down. The old version worked fine. Please solve these problems.

Customers can be empowered by using the app. I lost my Spur card, so I turned to the app to find my membership number. But even after writing it on my bill, the waiters didn't use it. I can see transactions from last year, but none from this year. It's quite disappointing.

So here's an idea: after you rate a restaurant, you could get the chance to rate it again! At Spur in Pretoria Wonderpark, I had an awesome experience. When I first rated them, I wasn't too happy with the chips. But guess what? The manager Themba called me the next day! He was so nice and asked for more details about my review. He even offered me a free meal to make up for it and apologized for my bad experience. Big thanks to Themba and his senior!

Candy at KeyWest Spur provided excellent service today. She was friendly and always had a smile on her face. Good job!
