Why do I have to give my billing information for a free trial?

We have promised you a free trial and we honor our promise: Absolutely no charges will be made by Skoove during your free trial!

If we require the provision of payment details it is because your trial is going to turn into a paid subscription automatically after the free trial ends. This is meant to make the experience as smooth as possible for you without having to re-enter your payment details at the end of the trial. 

If you avail of a free trial on our website, rest assured you can cancel the trial and subsequent subscription at any time in your account settings on the website and you won’t be charged. If you have any questions regarding this please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team.

I received an email that my payment failed. What should I do?

If you received an email stating that your recent payment for your Learnfield GmbH / Skoove subscription failed (“Your Learnfield GmbH payment was unsuccessful”), you should log in to your Skoove account and go to your Account settings to update your payment details. There will be another payment attempt within 48 hours. 

If the payment for your subscription fails 4 consecutive times, your subscription is automatically cancelled and your Premium access revoked. This means, if you wish to continue learning with Skoove, you will need to subscribe anew. 

If you have any questions about failed payments, how to update your payment method or how to re-subscribe, please do not hesitate to contact our support team either via the in-app chat or by sending an email to info@skoove.com.

I am having trouble signing in or do not know my login credentials. What can I do?

I do not know which email address I registered with:

Firstly, please try signing in with the email addresses you may have used to register with. You will also have a confirmation email for your registration in the email inbox you registered for Skoove with - perhaps try searching for it in your email inboxes to find out which address you used. 

If you registered with Facebook, then please click the "Log in with Facebook" button when logging in. 

If you are still unable to figure out which email you have registered/subscribed with, please contact our support team either via email to info@skoove.com or via the chat function on our website/in the app. Please forward us all the email addresses you can think of that you may have used to register with, your full name and any other identification markers you can think of like your credit card's last 4 digits or a promotional code you may have used when registering. This will help us find your user account faster.

I noticed an issue with the content of a lesson, how can I report it?

Have you noticed an issue with a lesson on Skoove? Are the sound and visuals not in perfect sync or is there an issue with the note detection? If yes, we are happy to hear from you so that we can fix the issue as soon as possible!

To report an issue, please reach out to our support team either via email (contact form) or by using the chat in the app or on our website. If possible, please include a screenshot that clearly shows the issue as well as in which lesson and step you noticed it in. With your help we can make Skoove even better, so please do not hesitate to contact us!
