Evolving with purpose — why we updated the Skillsoft brand

Over the past year, I have found myself having the same conversation over and over.

It comes up with customers, with peers, and inside our own company.

The question is simple, even if the answer is not.

How do we know our workforce is ready for an AI world? The work keeps changing, and the skills required to do that work are shifting faster than our organizations can adapt.

The skills that were needed in the past are not enough anymore. Leaders are planning for what comes next without full clarity, while expectations keep moving, roles are changing, and pressure to move faster is increasing.

We thought deeply about these issues and their impact on our customers, our work, and our responsibility. This is what led us to evolve our brand.

Learning is still the foundation

Skillsoft was built on a foundation of learning. That has always been true.
