    Just got a new update for an app and it asked to record video and audio. Couldn't proceed without giving permission. I don't see why they need access to my camera and microphone just for ordering food. Usually apps have a choice to skip these requests. Decided to uninstall it because of the strange demands and poor programming.

    The service was really bad. I couldn't even get my first order. I waited for more than 2 hours and called the delivery person, but he said he was busy with another order. Why did he accept my order then? I ended up cancelling after waiting so long - wasted 2.5 hours! The app doesn't show how long delivery will take or have a tracker, so we're left wondering when our stuff will arrive.

    I use share riding apps often. Shohoz is the worst app compared to others. The map can't detect my location easily and the app doesn't function properly. Sometimes I can't even select the option to find a rider. Although I'm happy with their service, the app experience is terrible. To ensure a successful business, they need to improve the app layout and update it for better performance. Additionally, I have never received any response from Shohoz after reporting issues.

    I used to like Sohoz foods, but their recent app update is too buggy. It's really annoying when I try to look at the restaurants or the menu - the app keeps freezing. Sometimes, it shows wrong prices in the menu and the cart. The old version was much better. Even though I had late deliveries before, the app and customer service were good. I feel let down and will switch to another option until they sort out the app issues.

    Previously, I posted a complaint on Shohoz's Facebook page with screenshots regarding the app not functioning. Despite me already attempting suggestions like clearing data, reinstalling, and switching to mobile data, the issue persists. It seems the app may not be compatible with some phones or operating systems. I hope for a solution soon so I can use the app. My phone is POCO F1 with MIUI 11.

    You often buy lunch tickets on the app, but it's slow and hard to verify bKash payments. You also need to pay bKash separately and call customer care for verification or ticket confirmation. Another issue is that customer care takes more than 3 minutes to answer your call or connect you to an agent. It's quite bothersome. Keep it simple.

    The app was getting on my nerves. It always seemed to ignore the nearby riders when I requested a ride, and matched me with ones who were really far away. They never accepted my request. So frustrating! I wasted so much time, around 20 to 30 minutes each time, before giving up and using other apps like Pathao or Uber. But on April 29th, it seemed like they had made some small improvements. Hopefully, they'll keep making it better.

    The app needs to include important features or customers will start to get unhappy. We should be able to see details about the driver, such as how many rides they've completed and how long they've been working. It's also crucial to have customer feedback available in the app. I noticed a discrepancy between the bike information shown in the app and the actual bike that arrived. For example, the app said 'Aprilia' but the bike was actually an Apache RTR 150.
