What is the difference between a new subscription and a number transfer?
The differences between new mobile subscriptions and number transfers are as follows.
■ New registration is when you register with a new number that has not been used before .
■ Number portability is when you sign up with the same number you were using with your previous carrier.
2.I'm curious about how to sign up for mobile.
--If you don't have a SIM card
[1] After selecting the desired plan, select [Self-registration] → [Do you have a SIM card?] and select ‘No’ to apply for a SIM card.
[2] The SIM card you applied for will be delivered within 2 days.
[3] After receiving the SIM card, you can open an account by self-registration, or if self-registration is difficult, you can open an account by calling consultation (1588-8665).
--If you have already purchased a SIM card from a convenience store or online market
[1] Self-registration: Select the desired rate plan and click [Self-registration] → Select 'Yes' under [Do you have a SIM card?] → Complete registration

3.Can customers living overseas open an account with a domestic eSIM?
Activating an account overseas may be difficult due to different communication networks.
In this case, you can activate an account in Korea first, then use roaming when you leave the country.
4.When using eSIM and USIM at the same time, can I disable data use on the eSIM?
You can directly select the SIM you want to use on your phone.
Please select the SIM for messaging/data/calling respectively in the Phone > Settings > SIM Manager menu .
5.Can I use Samsung Pay when using an eSIM?
Samsung Pay uses a magnetic payment method, so you can use both eSIM and USIM without any problems.
