You can gain secure access to your organization’s wireless network after a simple setup using the SecureW2 JoinNow application. This installation only needs to be performed once, enabling you to connect to your organization's secure Wi-Fi network thereafter.
What is the process? The setup involves two main steps:
The application will automatically retrieve your organization’s Wi-Fi configuration settings and install them on your device.
Your device will then connect to the network using a secure and encrypted connection.
Please take note:
If you remove the app (or deactivate it through a feature like "app sleep," which is available on certain devices), the Wi-Fi configuration settings will be erased, leading to a disruption in your Wi-Fi connectivity.
The requirement to set a screen PIN lock after configuring your device for secure wireless connections is due to Google's Android device policy, not a policy from SecureW2 JoinNow. If the screen PIN lock is not activated, you might encounter connectivity problems.
If you have any inquiries or face issues with the application, please check out our Common Issues page for assistance.
