1. Where can I pay my business credit cards, business credicheque and/or business loan?

You have multiple options to pay your credit cards and/or loans:

- Automatic Debit: You will only have to have the necessary funds in your account for the system to debit the value of the installment on the payment deadline indicated on your statement.

- Telephone Transfers: By calling the Helpline you can make transfers to cover the value of your monthly installments through our audio response system or by speaking with one of our Service Representatives.

- You can make your payments by entering your username and password at www.scotiabankcolpatria.com Once you have entered the platform, display the payments menu and select Transfers/Payments to third parties and follow the following steps:

- Choose the originating account of the transaction.

- Select the Sub type of payment: Book transfer (to ScotianbankColpatria accounts) or Interbank (to accounts in other banks).

- Click on short name and then select from the list the beneficiary to whom you want to make the payment or transfer.

- Enter the type of document.

- Select from the calendar the date on which you want the transfer to be made.

- Enter the amount to transfer.

- Defines the name of the payment reference concept in the "payment reference" field. This will help you for later queries. After following these steps, the payment receipt will appear to export or print.

- In Our Offices or Mini Offices: You can make payments in cash or check through our electronic express deposit devices or directly with any ATM.

- ACH transfer from other banks: Order the electronic transfer from your account at another bank.

Note: If you have an account with us, your monthly payment will be automatically debited. If you wish to pay directly, please make your payment one (1) business day prior to the payment deadline.

2. How can I transfer money between my accounts?

You can make transfers between your accounts through:

- Calling the Helpline : enter your identification number, account or card and your telephone code and dial option *88 and follow the instructions or select option 0 (zero) to speak with a Service Advisor and then option 1 (one) Banking Advisor.

- Through our website www.scotiabankcolpatria.com enter your username and password and key generated by your security device (Safeword/Desgold Card). Display the "Payments" menu, within the "Payments and Transfers" option, select "Transfers between own accounts". Then:

- Select the source account: Savings account, checking account or credicheque.

- Select the destination account: Savings account or checking account.

- Finally click on the “Continue” button.

- Enter the amount, select the date of your transfer and click "continue." If you select future date, enter the date you want the transaction to take place.

- Review the details and click "Ok" to confirm your transfer.

3. How can I transfer money to other accounts?

You can make dispersion of funds (payment of suppliers, payment of payroll) and electronic transfers to other accounts of ScotiabankColpatria clients or other financial entities in Colombia through our website www.scotiabankcolpatria.com through the red " Income " button .

To make a payment to an already registered beneficiary:

   1. Display the Payments menu.

   2. Select Transfers/Payments to third parties.

   3. Select the beneficiary and enter the payment information.

   4. Authorize the payment in the " Authorize payments " module, the payment receipt will appear that you can export or print.

To make a payment to a beneficiary that has not been created:

   1. Display the Payments menu and select Transfers / Payments to third parties.

   2. In the " Select a beneficiary " option, choose " Click here " to directly create the beneficiary to whom you are going to make the payment or transfer.

   3. Complete the beneficiary information.

   4. Authorize the payment in the " Authorize payments " module, the payment receipt will appear that you can export or print.    

To make mass payments:

   1. Display the Payments menu and select Bulk Payments.

   2. Select the source account, payment type and default payment date.

   3. Complete the payment information.

   4. Authorize the payment in the " Authorize Payments " module. You can also make massive payments by uploading a file.
