To utilize the app effectively:

Navigate to the settings menu of your device where you'll find an option for 'Accounts and backup'. Here, you can access Samsung Cloud, which is designed to back up your phone and sync your data. To initiate a backup, select 'Back up this phone' and choose the data types you wish to back up, such as call logs, messages, contacts, calendar, and clock settings. Once selected, confirm with the 'Back up' option. In case you need to restore data, go to the 'Restore data' section where you can choose from previously backed up data. Ensure that your device has sufficient storage space to accommodate the data you wish to restore. After selecting the data, proceed with the 'Restore' option to retrieve your backed-up information.
