    Oh no, I had a terrible experience with this app. Their customer service team is not helping me at all with the issues I'm having. I made a payment for a diamond account, but the app doesn't acknowledge it and keeps redirecting me to the payment page. I can't even access my profile after paying. It seems like they are scamming people. I need help getting a refund from this fraudulent app.

    This app isn't great if you're looking for a partner. It's packed with fake profiles that obviously won't match with you. They'll tell you there aren't enough matches and prompt you to either upgrade or delete the app. Those fake profiles are just bait. You can eventually bypass the prompt without upgrading, but you still don't get any matches. It seems more focused on making money than actually helping you find a match.

    Hey there! Just got married, so excited! The app is amazing once you upgrade to premium and unlock all the extra features. If not, it can take a while and need patience (maybe 4-8 months for most free users to find someone to really connect with).

    So, I chose a 100-mile search limit thinking I'd only see profiles from my province. But after matching with someone, it turned out they were 1-2k miles away! Seems like the app misleads us by showing profiles within our preference but reveals their actual far-off location when we match. This kind of trickery makes me doubt the app and its premium features. Not recommended at all.

    The app is super glitchy. When I try to go to the "settings" tab, it gives me an error message. I've tried restarting and even uninstalling/reinstalling the app, but the problem persists. Customer support is the worst. They just said they can't give refunds without acknowledging the problems I'm facing (and they totally ignored my request to delete my profile). I strongly advise against buying anything from this app as it seems like a scam now.

    You've been using the app for some time now. You can tell they are working on it, but updates aren't frequent. There are a few features missing or not working properly. For example, you can't share images, videos, or voice recordings through the app. The names at the top of conversations are cut off for a reason, and the same goes for other buttons. The text area is always blocked by the keyboard. To see what you're typing, you have to minimize the keyboard.
