Rates

You can find the cheap rates to all destinations on the website under 'Rates'. If we offer Superdeals you will find these also in the rate list. Free destinations are only free when you have Freedays. You can get Freedays by buying credit on the website when you login with your username and password.

Handling costs incorrect

Depending on the selected payment method there may be additional charges (handling costs). Most charges will be shown on screen before you buy credit. If you are based in the EU you will also be charged VAT on top of the chosen payment amount.

Currency

- Credit card payments are always charged in EUR unless your credit card currency is USD, GBP, CAD, NOK or SEK. In that case the card will be charged in the currency of your credit card.

- Webmoney, Skrill (Moneybookers), Boleto Bancario, Bank Transfer, charged in EUR or USD (based on your country setting)

- PayPal, iDEAL, MisterCash, SofortÜberweisung, charged only in EUR

- CashU, CashUdirect, OneCard, charged only in USD

Please note that when the charged currency differs from your countries currency you may need to pay a surcharge for the exchange (depending on bank or payment provider).

Call via VoipConnect

You called via our soft client called VoipConnect, that you downloaded to your computer from the website. There are two call options via VoipConnect:

1. Dial pad/Contactlist

You used the dial pad to call a number or chose a name from your contact list in VoipConnect. Charges for this kind of call are the charged mentioned on the rate list of the website plus a connection fee (if applicable you can find the connection fee in the rate list).

2. Phone2Phone

You downloaded our VoipConnect soft dialer on your computer and used the Phone2phone option from the menu in VoipConnect to call a number.First you got a call on your phone and then we called the person you wanted to call. After that both parties are connected.

For this calling method we will ALWAYS charge startup costs (see the rate calculator on the website and the rate list) even if you have Freedays!

The costs for phone to phone calls consist of:

1) Start cost

2) Cost for a callback to your phone

3) Cost for calling the number that you want to be connected to.

Freedays

Even when you have Freedays at the time of your call you still need to pay the start cost of the call (see rate list). When your own phone number or the number that you wanted to be connected to, are numbers that belong to a Freedays destination (see list on the website) you will not be charged for this part of the call.

Please note that Freedays mostly only apply when calling fixed (not mobile) numbers so when in doubt please check for tariff information on our website.
