How can I switch from monthly to annual subscription? (iOS)
Looks like you're thinking of getting a yearly subscription. š And that's great - you can get the most of Premium for the whole year at a significantly discounted price.
To do that, find your subscription: device Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > view Apple ID > Subscriptions > choose the app. Then simply switch to the Annual Premium from the list under your active subscription.

How many days a week should I exercise?
There are 3 training days per week with 1-2 rest days in between them. Choose the days which work best for you, e.g. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Can I edit logs manually?
Yes, you can. Please go to Menu > Workouts > open the training day you want to edit. Then tap on 'Show details' > the Pencil icon in the upper left corner and edit the necessary parameters. Tap the Check mark icon to save the logs.
I donāt hear voice commands when the screen gets black
Please use the Padlock icon (in the right bottom corner) instead of the phone lock button. The app will work correctly and youāll be able to hear all the voice commands and see your stats even on the locked screen.
