Rohlík presents Cena Italiana: an honest Italian dinner at home, every day

Rohlík offers customers the opportunity to assemble a complete Italian dinner at home from antipasti podolci. The menu combines ingredients with protected designation of origin (DOP and IGP), ready-made meals and cooking products. DOP and IGP guarantee that the product, whether cheese, cold meat or tomato, comes from a specific area and is made in a traditional way. The aim of the menu, which includes hundreds of items, is to bring to the plate the authenticity, simplicity and taste of Italy as you know it in good or good trattorias.

An Italian dinner has its own rhythm. It starts with antipasti – caprese smozzarella dibufala, carpaccio or a selection of cold meats and cheeses. It continues with primi piatti – for example Liguori Pasta di Gragnano IGP sragù, pesto Genovese from Kitchin or carbonara. The main courses are followed by secondi – lasagne, parmigiana, grilled octopus or seafood. The final dessert is tiramisu, panna cotta or semifreddo. Rohlík translates this structure into a shopping environment and accompanies it with recipes and ready-made solutions.

The assortment on Rohlik.cz includes dozens of DOP/IGP certified products from Parmigiano Reggiano Vacche Rossea, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana, SanMarzano tomatoes, po’nduja from Calabria and pistachios from Bronte. In addition to cooking ingredients, antipasti plates, pasta sets such as Soverini Tortellini sprosciutte and Devodier, prepared main courses and desserts are available.
