Robinhood Food, Ride & More - All-in-one delivery service

So, there was this issue with my app after an update where it kept crashing and closing by itself. You know, it was on Android 13. But then, after I updated to the latest patch on January 24th, I could open and use the app as usual. I'm on a Sony Xperia 5IV. Just wanted to say thank you for that fix!

The user interface of our app is not as good as our competitor's. Occasionally, the app displays a blank page.

So, the latest update ruined the app. You try to open it, but it just shuts down after a few seconds. Even if you reinstall it, the problem persists.

The delivery app is cheaper, but it lacks support features and runs slowly. It's hard to fix a wrong order through the app, so contacting the restaurant directly is a better option. I had to uninstall the app to stop receiving constant notifications.

I've been using this app for over a year now, but after the update on January 31, 2022, it now requires an email for registration. What a silly idea! It's slow and keeps loading all the time. They also raised the minimum delivery fee from 10 to 15 Baht. Sometimes, the delivery status gets stuck at the store and then suddenly jumps to being in front of my place with just 1 minute remaining.

It's frustrating when you can't find a rider. It feels like a waste of time. Sometimes, they cancel your order without telling you.

What a great app! It's really helpful that there are no extra fees. The riders are so polite and courteous. It would be nice if there was an option to tip them for their excellent service.

I don't like getting notifications from the app every day about promotions. It's annoying. There should be a way to stop these alerts. If I turn off all notifications on my phone, I might miss important messages like order updates.

I tried using a different credit card brand, but when I entered the method of payment and tried using Citibank/Kasikornbank/Thanachart, it said "cannot add this credit card" or something like that. So, I uninstalled it already. I really want to use it, so I will wait until it is improved better than this.
