Roadie Driver - Earn cash driving & delivering

The app is fantastic for those out of work seeking non-food related income. It offers a nice way to earn money. One thing I would love to see is a feature allowing notes during the order process. For instance, if an order number is wrong, it would be helpful to input the correct one. Or if there are issues with pickup or drop-off locations, adding notes could save time and frustration. Waiting on support often takes ages, which can be quite annoying. Having that option would make everything smoother.

I really love Roadie. Driving with them has been a fun way to earn some extra cash. The prices are usually reasonable. I think it would be nice if they offered a bit more for deliveries with multiple stops or for longer distances, you know, like over 35 miles. Just a little bump in the pay would make a big difference!

Roadie’s base pay needs a boost. Glitches and freezes happen in the app, but they often resolve themselves. Support typically steps in when needed, though sometimes staffing can be an issue. That seems pretty standard these days. Roadie is handling things well overall. There have been moments when senders messed up logistics, yet support managed to fix everything smoothly despite their staffing challenges.

The new version brings some exciting enhancements. Multiple gigs at one pickup now display as routes on the map. Users can see detailed information about the size and weight of individual items, which makes planning easier. You can even solve typical problems during pick-up or drop-off on your own. However, there are significant downsides too. Users can't access notifications or detailed gig history anymore. There are issues with assigning multiple gigs within the Roadie system. Sometimes, picking up multiple gigs doesn't function smoothly in the app. Support feels overwhelmed, leading to slow response times.

After doing a few hundred deliveries with Roadie, frustration has taken over. The app barely works, often refusing to open. It just hangs there, spinning endlessly without showing anything useful. Sometimes force stopping helps, but other times I end up clearing the cache or uninstalling entirely. This needs fixing! Calling support feels pointless since they seem non-existent.

I really enjoy this app. It's easy to navigate. The deliveries are mainly for Home Depot and CVS, which is fine. Fewer workers compared to Uber and DoorDash means better pay. One thing I wish they could improve is adding a trailer option for vehicles. I have a car but also own a trailer. Bigger deliveries would be great if I could list it. It would make the app even better.

It’s so frustrating not getting notifications for new gigs. Every time, I have to refresh manually, and I keep missing out. It feels like the app should be able to check for new gigs automatically every 10 to 15 seconds. My settings are all correct, but I end up poking the screen endlessly just to catch a gig. I definitely have all notifications turned on.

Making food money can be tricky. Offers come and go, but getting accepted feels like a game of chance. The patterns are hard to spot. Sometimes, the offers that show up lack appeal or pay very little, especially when multiple deliveries are involved. The app has a mind of its own, freezing at the worst moments. Reaching customer service for help during a delivery is often a frustrating experience.
