1. How can I pay?

We like to make payment as easy as possible for you. You can safely complete your order with the following payment methods:

     iDEAL: via the trusted online payment environment of your bank

     PayPal: with the convenience of your PayPal account

     Credit card: with your VISA (including One4All), Mastercard or American Express

     Rituals Gift Card: add a gift card code at the 'Payment' step. You will automatically see whether you have to pay a remaining amount

     VVV Gift Card*: select this option at the 'Payment' step

     DE Gift Card*: select this option at the 'Payment' step

     Fashion cheque*: select this option at the 'Payment' step

     Other third-party gift cards: Check with the provider whether the card can be used at Rituals

     Apple Pay: this option appears when your order is placed on an Apple device

2. Where can I find the batch code on my product?

There is a batch code on every Rituals product. The batch code is unique to a specific batch of products and helps us identify where and when the product was produced. This information allows us to optimize the quality of our products.

This code is usually located on the bottom or side of the product.

The batch code is printed on the product itself (or on top or under a sticker) and is not part of the artwork. The batch code is not the same as the barcode.

3. Do I also need to return my gift?

Did you receive a gift with your order and are you returning your purchase in its entirety? Then we would like to receive your gift with your return shipment. If you do want to keep it, we will deduct the purchase price of your gift from the amount to be returned.

4. What additional benefits can I get?

In addition to the standard benefits of the My Rituals program, we like to surprise our loyal members with additional benefits that can be achieved during the membership. The further you get on your path to Soulful Living with us, the more benefits you can unlock. Any additional surprise benefits will be announced as soon as you qualify for them.

5. Will your old Limited Editions come back?

We regularly renew our range and like to surprise our fans with temporary collections that match the season, such as The Ritual of Yalda, The Ritual of Anahata and The Ritual of Light. These collections were available temporarily and will not return for the time being. But, you never know: Limited Editions have already found their way back into the permanent range, so we may still be able to surprise you with your old favorite in the future!
