Since its launch in March 2018, we have been providing a unique combination of intelligent machines and a user-friendly mobile application, which enables you to rent ReCharge Power Banks and return them at designated ReCharge Stations. Our objective is to deliver an economical and comprehensive solution for keeping your mobile devices powered and ensuring you're always connected.

We have established 1,000 ReCharge power bank stations throughout Jabodetabek, Bandung, and Yogyakarta to assist you in preventing low battery situations. Once your device is charged, simply return the ReCharge power bank to the closest ReCharge Station.

What are the benefits of using ReCharge Powerbanks?

Everyone lives hassle-free. You won’t need to worry about remembering to charge your smartphone and powerbank at night, forgetting to bring your powerbank whenever you leave your home, or trying to find a power socket (or a charging station) to charge your phone. Now you can rent a ready-to-use powerbank from ReCharge anytime and anywhere! Wohooooo… convenient, isn’t it? And the best part is you can rent and return the powerbank at any ReCharge Station nearest to you (use our ‘Find ReCharge’ feature in our Mobile App).

Which devices can I charge with the ReCharge Powerbank?

You can charge smartphones, tablets, cameras, speakers or any other mobile devices. Your devices just need to be compatible with one of the following charge connectors: Micro USB, USB-C, and Apple Lightning.

Do I have to turn on the powerbank before I use it?

You don’t have to, the ReCharge Powerbank will automatically start to charge once it is connected to your devices.

How much power does a ReCharge Powerbank have?

The battery capacity of the ReCharge Powerbank is 5.000 mAh with fast charging technology.

How long does it take for my phone to be fully charged?

It depends on your phone’s battery condition and capacity. However in general, If your battery percentage is lower than 10% when you start to charge, it will approximately take between 45 to 75 minutes to fully charge your phone.

How can I download the App?

Simply download ReCharge mobile Application through:

How is the registration process? How long will it take for me to do the registration process?

It’s super-easy. You only have to register your phone number and your email. It will only take 2 minutes of your time. Wow!

Why didn’t I receive a WhatsApp verification code?

There are several reasons why you didn’t receive a verification code via WhatsApp :

Try to move to a different location and request for another verification code.

So easy and simple. The price of ReCharge powerbank rental starts at IDR 5.000 / hour

When do I have to pay and how do I pay?

You can rent ReCharge power bank by topping up ReCharge Credit first, can use online payment (ShopeePay, GoPay, OVO, Astrapay or DANA) or by Card (BNI and BCA Virtual Account, Bank Mega, Mandiri, Permata, ATM Bersama and Credit Card).

Is there any Minimum ReCharge Top Up to rent powerbank?

New users are required to purchase a package first:

Paket Seru A - IDR 75,000 for 20 hours rental with a validity period of 4 months

Paket Seru B - IDR 100,000 for 35 hours of rental with a validity period of 6 months

Existing users must Top Up a minimum of IDR 30,000 to rent the powerbank rental. Additional information regarding Minimum Credit ReCharge:

Before renting a ReCharge Power Bank, you must first top-up a minimum of IDR 30,000

This minimum top-up can still be used as usual to rent a ReCharge power bank.

This minimum top-up cannot be withdrawn (non refundable) but can be used continuously until the credit runs out.

If the minimum top up credit has run out, ReCharger must top-up again at least IDR 30,000 to be able to rent ReCharge Power Bank.

You can top up your ReCharge credit via online payment through multiple payment options in the ReCharge application.

Minimum credit is not applicable if you have purchased Paket #CegahLowbatt

Does the ReCharge credit have a validity period?

Yep, that's right. Currently your ReCharge credit has a validity period of 6 months from the date you top up your credit

How long can I keep the ReCharge Powerbanks?

You can immediately return the powerbank after using it because #BalikinCepatLebihHemat!

If you rent ReCharge power bank in ReCharge Station and haven't returned it for more than 24 hours, the excess time will be charged starting from IDR 5,000/hour, up to a maximum of IDR 30,000 every 24 hours. You must return the power bank before you rent the new one.

Furthermore, if you rent a ReCharge power bank at events and haven't returned it for more than 24 hours, the excess time will be charged with different costs according to the event.

All of the schemes above are also applied for every promo transaction, including:

Can I request a refund from my credit?

You are not able to request a refund. If you still have ReCharge Credit in your account, you can use it to rent ReCharge Powerbank so you can prevent low battery!
