Introduction

These regulations are intended to regulate the rules according to which the Rebar Ltd. Customer Club (hereinafter: "the Company") is managed. The terms and conditions listed in these regulations form an integral part of the terms of joining the Company's Customer Club and membership therein, and a customer who joins the club accepts all of the provisions of these regulations. Upon joining the club, the customer will be considered to have read the regulations and agreed to all of the provisions therein and will not have any claim and/or demand and/or claim against the Company and/or anyone on its behalf in connection with the terms of joining and/or membership terms and/or any other terms listed and specified in these regulations.

Definitions

"The Club" - the Company's Customer Club.

"The Website" - the Company's website at rebar.co.il and/or any other website of the Company.

"The Application" - the rebar application.

"The Membership Period" - unlimited in time, unless one of the parties has notified the cancellation of the membership as stated Below. In the event that the customer chooses to notify the cancellation of the membership, the membership period will end within 14 business days from the date of sending the notice. In the event that the company chooses to notify the cancellation of the membership, the cancellation notice will enter into force within 30 days of the notification to the customer, provided that the notification from the company was not sent to the customer before the end of 12 months from the date of joining.

"Benefits" - benefits provided to members of the Ri Beer Club, as defined in Section 6 of the Regulations.

"Active Club Member" - someone who joined the club in accordance with Section 5 of the Regulations.

"Joining Date" - the date on which the customer joined the customer club.

"Regulations" - the club regulations as detailed in this document.

These regulations apply to all club members.

Customer Club

The new Ri Beer Customer Club (reclub), which was launched on 1.1.25, provides each member with a variety of benefits starting from the first purchase.

Joining the customer club is free of charge and does not require renewal from time to time.

The club is divided into four groups based on the annual cumulative amount of orders of each customer in one consecutive year (12 months). This classification will provide different and unique benefits and/or rights depending on the type of group. The benefits can be redeemed through the app or self-service stations in branches only.

Classification of customers in the club

Each club member is classified into the relevant group according to the amount of his orders in one consecutive year (12 months). This classification provides benefits and/or rights that vary according to each group.

Each new member Pre-classified to the first group (fresh).

All existing club members before the launch of the new club, i.e. those who registered for the club before 1.1.25, were classified on 1.1.25 to the relevant group according to the number of orders they made during 2024, regardless of the date they joined the club.

The mechanism for increasing the affiliation groups will be as follows: After each order that is made, an internal review will be carried out to examine the classification and/or affiliation to the group in order to examine whether the customer is eligible to move to a higher affiliation group. As part of the review, the last 12 months preceding that order will be examined, and within this framework it will be examined whether the customer is eligible to move to the next group.

For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the update of the number of orders and, consequently, the affiliation to a higher group, is not immediate and is carried out up to 24 hours after the date of purchase. There may be malfunctions and/or inaccuracies in the system and/or in the data and/or a delay in updating the data, etc. Ri Beer will work to correct each case within a reasonable time. For questions on this subject, please contact the chain's customer service and a response will be provided during business hours.

The mechanism for maintaining or downgrading membership groups will be as follows: The customer will benefit from the benefits and/or rights reserved for that group for (a minimum) 12 months from the date of affiliation to the group. After 12 months, the amount of his orders during the aforementioned period will be reviewed, if the amount of his orders matches the requirements of the group he is in, the entitlement will be maintained for an additional 12 months. For a club member in one of the good, super, pro groups, if the amount of orders is lower than required for affiliation to the group, he will be downgraded to the appropriate group and reclassified with the benefits and/or rights respectively. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that for existing club members who were classified as good, super, pro groups at the launch of the new club, the club launch day, i.e. 1.1.25, will be considered the date of affiliation to the group. It is clarified that the customer can upgrade the membership group at any time within the 12-month period, but downgrading to a lower group is only after a minimum of of 12 months.

Joining the Customer Club

Joining the Customer Club will be done by downloading the application and/or through the self-service stations in the branches ("kiosk").

As part of joining, you must register and provide identifying details - full name, phone number and date of birth of the person applying to join.

Joining the Customer Club is a one-time and free of charge and does not need to be renewed from time to time. Long-time club members who joined before the launch of the new club, that is, who registered before 1.1.25, are not required to renew their membership.

When registering and/or joining, a member who wishes to join the club must agree to the company's regulations and/or the Customer Club regulations as well as additional associated terms.

It is clarified that joining the Customer Club by registering in the application is efficient and worthwhile for the member who wishes to join, since the benefits provided as part of the purchase in the application are not uniform and/or consistent with the other sales channels existing on the network.
